NHL Games on TV Today – Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (ET)
Eleven games on Tuesday, and the best duel is in Newark: Connor McDavid and his 15-game point streak against Connor Hellebuyck, the goalie he has scored more against than any other. Sidney Crosby is one point from passing Marcel Dionne for sixth on the all-time list, and the champion Hurricanes visit Nashville.
ESPN+, Disney+ and Hulu stream Oilers-Devils nationally in the United States, with Sportsnet in Canada. Prime Video has Stars-Capitals and Ducks-Canucks, and TSN has Jets-Canadiens and Mammoth-Maple Leafs. Out-of-market games stream on ESPN+.

🏒 Game of the Day: Edmonton Oilers vs. New Jersey Devils
7:30 PM ET | ESPN+ / Disney+ / Hulu (US) · Sportsnet (Canada) · Prudential Center, Newark
McDavid has 39 points (nine goals, 30 assists) during a season-opening 15-game point streak and leads the NHL by 11. He also owns the record for the longest season-opening assist streak. Against Hellebuyck he has 51 points in 32 games, more than against any other goalie.
Hellebuyck, the 2025 Hart Trophy winner, is 2-0-0 with a 1.50 goals-against average since New Jersey acquired him from Winnipeg on Oct. 23. Their last meeting was the biggest one: at the 2026 Winter Olympics on Feb. 22, Hellebuyck and Team USA beat McDavid and Team Canada 2-1 in overtime.
Prediction: McDavid stretches the streak to 16, but Hellebuyck wins the game.
Vegas Golden Knights vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
7:00 PM ET | SN-PIT · Scripps · TVA Sports (Canada) · PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh
Crosby has 1,771 points (658 goals, 1,113 assists) in 1,434 games, level with Dionne for sixth in NHL history. One more and he stands alone, with Ron Francis (1,798) next. He had three points in Saturday’s 5-4 loss in Montreal. Pittsburgh is without Evgeni Malkin. Vegas continues a four-game road trip that began in Boston on Monday.
Prediction: Crosby passes Dionne at home and Pittsburgh wins.
Carolina Hurricanes vs. Nashville Predators
8:00 PM ET | HHN · Scripps · SN+ (Canada) · Bridgestone Arena, Nashville
The defending champions lead the NHL at 12-2-2 and are 7-1-1 on the road. A win would make it only the second time they have won eight of their first 10 road games, after 2021-22. Nashville is 4-3-2 at home.
Prediction: Carolina keeps winning away from home.
Dallas Stars vs. Washington Capitals
7:00 PM ET | Prime Video · Monumental Sports Network · Capital One Arena, Washington
Alex Ovechkin, 41, is chasing Nicklas Backstrom’s Capitals record of 762 career assists. Passing him would make Ovechkin the fourth player born outside North America to lead one franchise in goals, assists and points, joining Aleksander Barkov, Patrik Elias and Daniel Alfredsson. He has four points in 13 games this season.
Prediction: Ovechkin gets an assist, but Dallas wins.
Winnipeg Jets vs. Montreal Canadiens
7:00 PM ET | RDS / TSN2 / TSN3 (Canada) · Bell Centre, Montreal
A rematch of the Heritage Classic. Montreal has won five straight, the last a 5-4 win over Pittsburgh on Saturday, even without captain Nick Suzuki. Winnipeg has lost nine in a row, a slide that has run through the Connor Hellebuyck trade.
Prediction: Montreal makes it six in a row.
